Examination of notices, appeals, and affidavits before Civil and High Courts, Consumer Forums, and District Magistrates.

Serving as a Chief Nodal Officer for updating State Acts and ensuring systematic improvements in the India Code Portal (ICP) and other legal frameworks.
Acting as a First Appellate Authority under RTI Act, 2005 and attending various Government committees.
Member of the Medical Negligence Committee, where she analyzed and examined evidence in sensitive medical cases.

Adv. Deepti S. Kambli specializes in Property Law, Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) compliance, and Legal Documentation, with a strong focus on practical and result-oriented legal solutions. She has worked extensively on matters relating to land, real estate development, and regulatory compliances under the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2011, particularly in Goa.

Apart from property and environmental law, she is actively engaged in drafting legal instruments, registrations, society and NGO formations, and client-centric legal advisory. With a keen interest in legal research and writing, she has also contributed to dissertation work and regulatory analysis in CRZ matters.
